Stephen Galvan on SBA's outsourcing of financial management services

Stephen Galvan, Small Business Administration chief of staff and chief operating officer, answered questions about SBA’s decision to outsource elements of its financial management services to the private sector. Galvan also talked about efficiencies SBA has seen from this move, and how it has resulted in letting the agency employees focus more on their core mission.
