About Peter Tseronis

Peter Tseronis serves as the director of network services for the U.S. Department of Education. He is the agency's IPv6 Transition Manager, a voting member on the Interagency Management Council for Federal Telecommunications and the Co-Chair for the Federal IPv6 Transition. A 13-year department veteran, he first came to Education as a management analyst and later served as an information technology specialist. As director, Tseronis oversees a budget of more than $20 million for the department's telecommunications and networking infrastructure, including voice, video and data communications services, equipment, and facilities throughout the nation.
