Our Mission: We provide policy leadership and expert solutions in services, space, and products, at the best value, to enable Federal employees to accomplish their missions. GSA supports Federal employees wherever they work; whether in an office building, a warehouse, a national forest, or a government car, GSA is there. In support of this mission, GSA provides workspace, security, furniture, equipment, supplies, tools, computers, and telephones. GSA also provides travel and transportation services, manages the Federal motor vehicle fleet, oversees telecommuting centers and Federal child care centers, preserves historic buildings, manages a fine arts program, and develops, advocates, and evaluates governmentwide policy.

Fiscal year 2001, which ended on March 31, 2001, was a period of intensive growth. The firm recorded $2 billion in annual sales, and staff increased to more than 10,000 members located in offices on six continents. Booz Allen is a private company with corporate headquarters in McLean, Virginia.
