Dr. Austin Doctor is an assistant professor of political science at the University of Nebraska at Omaha and a member of the executive committee of the National Counterterrorism Innovation, Technology, and Education (NCITE) Center, a Department of Homeland Security Center of Excellence. He also serves as a non-resident fellow with the Modern War Institute at the United States Military Academy at West Point.
